This morning, Netflix unveiled the first full trailer for The Duffer Brothers' Stranger Things, season three.

The game will be available for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Switch during the same date as the Stranger Things Season 3 premiere for Netflix on July 4th, 2019.

This is despite the fact that all we've had up until now are cryptic teases that just confirm that some people will be selling ice cream at Hawkins, Indiana's new Star Court mall and that it will all go down on Independence Day (the United States holiday, not the movie). But the story has always felt a little half-assed and made-up-as-you-go-along and the season climaxes were never as good as the build-up to them.

Stranger Things has a new ugly monster, and fans are already wondering what Dungeons & Dragons creature it will be named after.

All of the key cast members of Stranger Things are set to return for season three, including Millie Bobby Brown as the powerful Eleven and David Harbour, who is due to make a big screen appearance in the upcoming blockbuster Hellboy.

The half ended with Florida State up 35-31. "I will say in the last four minutes, we locked down on defense", Kenny Williams said. Just trying to get better. "I told these guys in the locker room that we have played the best teams in the country", Mack said.

Today, we've finally been given that official first trailer, teasing a terrifying Independence Day and an even more terrifying threat. We get a quick glimpse of them, dressed up as well-to-do adults, in what looks to be a waiting room at The Hawkins Post. "I mean, what did you think?" In September, the show took home the title of outstanding sound editing for a comedy or drama series (one hour). There's also the offspring of some '80s stars; Jake Busey, son of Point Break star Gary Busey, will play a journalist named Bruce, while Maya Thurman-Hawke (daughter of Uma and Ethan) is set to play a character named Robin.

Stranger Things 3 will launch on Nintendo Switch on July 4.

All in all, it looks as if Stranger Things 3 will once again lean on humour to alleviate the dark moments, but still expect plenty of horror.

The group are seen throughout the trailer enjoying their summer as The Who's Teenage Wasteland plays in the background.
