Apex Legends: Two Playable Characters are LGBTQ, Says EA

Yesterday Vince revealed that over 10 million players have jumped into Apex Legends in the first 72 hours, and they have already breached one million concurrent players. Players had no idea the free-to-play Respawn entertainment battle royale shooter was coming, which only made the hype even more intense. Another reason we think that the game won't get a single player campaign anytime soon is that the game is primarily free to play.

The good news is that this doesn't look to be a widespread issue that is causing games like Apex Legends to stop working entirely.

Thankfully, unlike the mechanically shallow Fortnite and polish-needing H1Z1 though, Apex Legends is a remarkably strong game from top to bottom.

After a weekend rumors and leaks, things escalated quickly after RespawnEntertainment surprised everyone when it launched Apex Legends the following Monday, Feb. 4.

We hoped you'd love it as much as us, but never in our wildest dreams could we have expected the outpouring of support and positivity we've seen.

Nantes consider legal action over Sala transfer payment
French soccer club Nantes are demanding payment from Cardiff over the transfer of Emiliano Sala , according to reports. According to Sky Sports News , Cardiff have not yet paid any of the £15m fee agreed for the Argentine striker.

With the battle royale game's success so far, it will likely be hard to find someone who is not pleased that Respawn Entertainment is the developer to have created Apex Legends. Over 304,000 users tuned in to watch streaming goliath Dr. Disrespect play Apex Legends yesterday, and the viewer count refuses to fall below a collective 100,000 across all channels.

Some Trackers do cost more material than others so that's something you'll want to be aware of.

That's not an accident either, as publisher EA has purposefully courted major streamers such as Dr. Disrespect, Sacriel, TSM_Myth, and shroud with prize-funded competitions.

Of course, reaching 10 million four times as fast as Fortnite is no small an achievement, but Apex Legends' real test will be in the weeks to come.
