Arians is a two-time Associated Press NFL Coach of the Year.

Dungy, 63, has been retired from coaching for 10 years, and he said that while the NFL's trend has been to seek younger head coaches - the Packers' Matt LaFleur and the Cardinals' Kliff Kingsbury, hired this week, are both just 39 - he is happy to see a team go after the experience and leadership that. "There's three keys to winning in this league: Ownership, general manager, head coach combination".

Tampa Bay made the move official on Tuesday.

It turns out he did, after it was reported Arians was interested in the opening in Tampa Bay after they fired their head coach. He held the same position with Arians in Arizona.

Now, Arians and Leftwich will try to work their magic with the Bucs, who certainly have some talented playmakers to work with on offense.

The day after Koetter was sacked, Licht made it clear that whoever wound up replacing the coach would inherit Winston as his starting quarterback.

After the 2017 season, Stuart used all sorts of stats and graphics to show that in the final month of the season, America's Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston, was one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL.

The 25-year-old has 75 career turnovers, including 58 interceptions.

Through four seasons, that dream of a championship has gotten off to a slow start. He's only 193 yards shy of replacing Vinny Testaverde (14,820 yards, 1987-92) as the club's all-time passing leader. Stephen A. views Arians as a last-ditch effort for the Bucs to help Winston.
