Footage captures the workers as they crowd around a customer and smack her with a broom handle at New Red Apple Nails on Norstrand Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The video now has more than 700,000 views with many on Facebook urged people to stop supporting the nail salon. Nail salon worker Li Lin claims that Thomas punched and slapped her in the face, and dragged her on the floor, causing lacerations to the face and substantial neck pain.

Cops wound up arresting a salon worker and one of the patrons Friday night after the incident, though it's unclear which one. Zheng was released from jail on her own recognizance after a hearing in Brooklyn Criminal Court, cops said. "Share this cause the cops made a decision to arrest the black people but not the Chinese people who ganged up on them- hitting them like animals".

According to the nail association, an employee told them Thomas refused to pay for any of the other services she received, telling CBS New York that the altercation could have easily been avoided. All you have to do is say "I'm sorry" and keep it going. "[They are] hitting them like animals".

Zhing was hospitalized with visible injuries to her face and body, and Thomas refused medical attention, according to police. She later posted the video on Facebook, where it has quickly gone viral.

Dozens of protestors gathered outside the salon Monday afternoon demanding the business be closed, and asking that locals take their business elsewhere.
