Kim Jong Un 'fires North Korea's top three military generals'

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's top aide, Kim Yong-chol, has wrapped up his four-day trip to the U.S., during which he met with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Mutinies inside the KPA are rare and very little information about them has leaked out to the wider world, but at least two are believed to have occurred - both against the regime of Kim Jong-un's late father, Kim Jong-il.

North Korea summit to go ahead June 12 as planned
